Marketplace Policies
Delivery Policies
1.1 Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all shipments are delivered domestically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 7 days of the order being placed. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure, where delays are beyond the seller’s control.
1.2 Buyers have the option to:
- Select shipping services such as Saudi Post, Aramex, or Red Box.
- Arrange to receive items directly at the BattleRound store in Jeddah.
Refund and Replacement Policies
2.1 Refunds are not permitted unless the item is proven to have clear damage upon delivery. Any refund requests must be approved by The Rare Card.
2.2 In the event a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and refunded to the original mode of payment. No alternative refund methods will be provided.
2.3 Replacement of items is available as an alternative to refunds in cases of damage. Sellers are required to coordinate with The Rare Card to facilitate replacements.
Complaint and Refund Eligibility
3.1 Complaints about items must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the item to be considered for a refund or replacement.
3.2 Refunds or replacements are subject to an internal review conducted by The Rare Card, and approval is at its sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
4.1 Cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped. If the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and standard refund and replacement policies will apply.
Seller Responsibilities
5.1 Sellers are required to adhere to the delivery and replacement timelines stated in these policies.
5.2 It is the seller’s obligation to provide accurate product descriptions and ensure items meet the quality expectations stated on the marketplace.
